Winter lifestyle portraits.
Just before Christmas, I met up with the Langford family to create some lifestyle portraits with the new welcome arrival of Theo. I met the Langford family at there Cheshire family home. Surrounded by countryside we decided to go on a walk nearby. There was a lovely footpath that took us down near the river. Emma was telling me whilst she was pregnant as she use to walk down to the bridge to relax. The bridge had little messages hidden within the trees that locals had put up. It was a chilly, crisp Sunday morning and the lighting was perfect for portraits.
Emma had been given a portrait voucher from her work colleges as part of her baby shower gift. A lovely idea as children grow so fast it is important to document them. After the walk, I went back to the family home and took a few photos of Theo near the Christmas tree, a lovely idea as this was Theo’s first Christmas. I was lovely to give the family some pictures that they can treasure forever. Emma, Luke and Theo were great to work with on the day. They are such kind, Gorgeous family and naturals in front of the camera. I have even had a comment that the pictures look like something from a Barbour catalogue!
Thanks again, I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
“The photographs were well beyond our expectations and are something we will treasure forever. Thank you Jo!.”
